Hopeful Futures CIC is looking for an experienced, values-led CQC Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in the London Borough of Newham. We currently provide a day-time programme with occasional overnight respite cate for one individual with complex needs. This is an opportunity to shape a growing service, support our team and ensure people receive safe, personalised care that respects their rights, dignity and choices. The role offers £20 per hour (£39,000 full-time equivalent) for 15 hours across two days per week . You will work on a hybrid basis, with at least one full day each week in our Newham office on Thursdays. Flexible working arrangements may be considered upon request.
