Your role at a glance The Portfolio Growth Specialist (m/f/d), supports the execution of the global capacity growth roadmap by providing analytical, planning, and cross-functional coordination support. Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio Growth & Enablement, this role assists in translating growth objectives into actionable expansion plans and ensures projects are prepared for capital review and governance processes. This position plays a key role in portfolio analytics, investment readiness preparation, and cross-functional enablement to support timely and efficient delivery of capacity.
