Visitor Centres Estate Warden Location: Brecon Salary: Grade 4 £27,709 - £29,071 pro rata Hours: 37 hours per week Closing Date: 4th November 2026 Interview Date: 10th November 2026 Job Purpose: To maintain and enhance the external grounds of the National Park s visitor-facing locations and to deliver minor maintenance of the buildings. The role will work predominantly at the National Park Visitor Centre and Craig y Nos Country Park. Main Duties Carry out practical estate, grounds and property maintenance as allocated by the Commercial Manager. Use initiative to deal with, and/or report, tasks that appear necessary and are observed during routine work. Ensure safe working practices through the implementation of health and safety legislation, and encouraging good practice.
