Our client, a well-established main contractor, is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Planner to join their team in Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction planning professional with a strong main contracting background to play a key role in securing and delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors including education, healthcare, defence and public buildings, ranging in value from 5m to 30m. Working within the pre-construction team, you will be responsible for developing robust tender and pre-construction programmes, producing logistics plans and methodologies, and providing critical planning support throughout the bid process.
