Home-Start HOST is seeking enthusiastic and community-focused Family Navigators to join an exciting partnership with Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council's Family Hubs programme. The Family Navigator Manager will provide day-to-day leadership, support and supervision to the Family Navigator team, and lead on the delivery of the Family Navigator program. You will work directly with families, helping them understand and access the wide range of support available across Oldham. Home-Start HOST is seeking enthusiastic and community-focused Family Navigators to join an exciting partnership with Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council's Family Hubs programme. We currently have four Full-time Equivalent Family Navigator vacancies available across Oldham's Family Hub districts. We will consider candidates who wish to apply on a part-time or job-share basis. As a Family Navigator, you will work directly with families, helping them understand and access the wide range of support available across Oldham. From Family Hubs and community groups to specialist services, you will help families build confidence, overcome barriers, and connect with the support they need. This is a practical, people-centred role combining outreach, peer support, community engagement and partnership working.
