Estimator Location: Home-based, with travel across the North East region required approximately once or twice per week. Working closely with the Commercial, Land & Design teams, the successful candidate will undertake a full range of pre and post contract estimating services across a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments, including housing schemes, extra care developments and joint venture projects.
