Are you an experienced youth worker ready to take the next step into leadership and help shape an ambitious youth programme in Battersea? Devas Club is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Youth Lead to help lead and develop our Senior youth provision, while taking a key role in delivering our exciting Digital Expansion Programme. This is a varied, hands-on role combining youth work, team leadership, programme development, outreach and digital innovation. Working closely with our Youth Lead, you will help create a safe, engaging and inspiring environment where young people aged 11-18, and up to 25 for young people with SEN, can build confidence, develop skills and access new opportunities.
