Care after Combat

Lead a national service that makes a real difference to veterans in the justice system. Care after Combat supports veterans in custody and in the community, helping them access practical, consistent and person-centred support. Through Project Phoenix and our contribution to Op NOVA, we work with partners across England to improve outcomes and help veterans move forward. We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead Care after Combat's operational delivery of Op NOVA. This is a senior role with real influence: you'll lead a dispersed operational team, strengthen performance and quality, and make sure our service remains effective, consistent and focused on the people we support.
