Maximise the safe availability, reliability and performance of production plant, equipment and site services across the Group. The role provides hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance, rapid fault diagnosis, planned preventive maintenance, small installations and improvement work in a fast-moving timber and window-and-door manufacturing environment. Electrical and Mechanical Engineer will balance urgent breakdown response with disciplined planned maintenance, ensuring work is completed safely, records are accurate and recurring faults are addressed at source. This is a site-based operational role. Normal hours, primary base, overtime and any formal call-out rota will be confirmed in the contract or offer documentation.
