About the Role: Some services need more than strong management - they need a leader who can hold the whole picture, set the standard and keep young people's futures at the centre when the work is busy, fast-moving and high stakes. As Service Manager for a service working with 16 plus children and care leavers you'll play a vital role in providing effective leadership to an integrated and multi-functional team providing an assessment, support and move on to the young people we accommodate. You'll be responsible for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of the service, bringing confident oversight across safeguarding, housing management, risk, performance, quality, staffing and day-to-day operations.
