1. Receive, process and record DoLS referrals, applications and associated documentation in accordance with established procedures. 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on electronic case management systems. 3. Monitor workflow activity and statutory timescales and bring potential delays or issues to the attention of managers. 4. Coordinate the administrative allocation of assessments and related activity as directed by the Advanced Practitioner. 5. Liaise with Best Interests Assessors, Mental Health Assessors, advocacy services, care providers and partner agencies to arrange assessments and obtain required information. 6. Support arrangements for advocacy, representatives and relevant correspondence, ensuring required information is provided to individuals and their representatives in accordance with statutory requirements. 7.
