Insurance Support Advisor Salary - £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (dependant on experience) Hours Full time, permanent contract. Mon-Fri, (Apply online only) We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Support Advisor, to be based at one of the client s biggest offices on the outskirts of the Liverpool city centre area. This is a fantastic role working with a well-known, nationwide insurance broker. In this role, you will be required to oversee the full customer journey: firstly, providing customer service, renewal and administrative support then connecting to the customers insurance needs (phone, in person, post, e-mails, website enquiries) and then provide support to the Fleet Sales Managers to ensure the company and FCA rules & guidelines are followed whilst also providing the best customer journey possible.
