Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties across South West London. Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors. Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and arranging repairs through approved contractors. Obtaining quotations, instructing works and monitoring progress through to completion.
