Health & Personal Care Lead - Liverpool Location: Liverpool Start Date: ASAP Contract: Temporary to Permanent - Full Time Pay: 130- 150 per day, dependent on experience Spencer Clarke Group are working with a specialist education setting in Liverpool who are looking to appoint an experienced Health & Personal Care Lead on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis. The successful candidate will lead a team of Personal Care Support Workers , ensuring students with physical, medical and complex needs receive safe, dignified and person-centred support. This is a hands-on leadership role involving personal care, medication, health plans, complex health interventions, EHCPs and staff management . You will work closely with education staff, families and external professionals including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and healthcare teams.
