About GoodGym GoodGym is a charity that combines exercise with volunteering. Our members run, walk, or cycle to do physical tasks for community projects and to support isolated and older people. The potential is even greater, cities around the world have requested that we start there and the goal is to make our activity ubiquitous. Doing so would transform urban life and make cities greener, happier and healthier. Role summary The Head of Business Development is responsible for all income generation for the organisation. Working with the CEO they are responsible for creating and executing our business development strategy. They work closely with the senior team to ensure the long term financial sustainability of the organisation.
