Technical Coordinator Salary: Up to 60,000 (Depending on experience) Location: Canterbury Permanent Full-Time at site We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator with a background in civil engineering, housebuilding, property development or construction to join a successful housing developer based on the outskirts of Canterbury. This is a technical role supporting residential and mixed-use development projects, working closely with the Technical Director from initial land acquisition and technical due diligence through planning, design, infrastructure delivery and completion.
