Ganymede are currently supporting our Tier 1 Contractor, in their search for a Site Agent for Highways and Structures projects. You will be a proactive and driven civil engineering professional with a strong background in civil engineering and earthworks delivery, ideally within the Highways sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams. You will play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing construction activities, driving programme performance, and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
