The Machine Minder is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the efficient running of machinery within the tray wash facility. The role ensures that trays and equipment are cleaned safely, effectively, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining a safe and productive working environment. Ensure trays are loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently. Monitor machine performance, water levels, temperatures, and cleaning cycles. Carry out routine checks to ensure machinery is operating correctly. Identify and report machine faults, breakdowns, and maintenance requirements promptly.
