Mechanical Project Manager 80,000 - 90,000 + package London Permanent, PAYE An exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing building services contractor delivering high-value commercial projects across London and Essex. This is a key role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading projects and being close to the delivery. You'll manage the mechanical side of projects from design development through to completion, working alongside the electrical project team to deliver successful MEP schemes. The Projects You'll be working on 4m- 10m Cat B fit-out, refurbishment and plant replacement projects , delivered on a full Design & Build basis from Stage 3 onwards.
