Network Support Engineer Scotland - Scotland/Hybrid Schedule: 4 Day week Rotating shift (includes nights/weekends) Salary Up to £65,000 As a Security Services Engineer, you ll gain hands-on experience protecting live production environments from DDoS attacks and other network threats you will be working shoulder-to-shoulder with customers when the pressure is highest. The Role: Triage and resolve security incidents and customer tickets in a live production environment (1st/2nd line support). Monitor, analyse, and investigate network traffic and emerging threats, including active DDoS activity. Support customer maintenance, upgrades, and technical communications. Contribute to incident response and post-incident reviews that sharpen our detection and mitigation playbooks. Work within ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Requests).
