A supportive secondary school is seeking a resilient, proactive Behaviour Mentor / Behaviour Support Assistant (BSA) on a full-time temporary contract. This role offers sociable daytime hours ( 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM ) during term-time, providing an ideal pathway for individuals with backgrounds in coaching, youth justice, social care, or community support who want steady school hours. In this position, you will work directly with young people (ages 11-16) presenting with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, barriers to learning, or disengagement.
