About the Role We are recruiting two reliable and practical Caretaker Drivers / Manual Labourers to support estate services in Lewisham, Greater London. This hands-on role combines caretaking, cleaning, manual handling and driving duties. You will help maintain safe, clean and welcoming communal areas while providing a responsive service to residents. Key Responsibilities Undertake caretaking, estate cleaning and general manual labour duties. Drive a vehicle of up to 3.5 tonnes safely and responsibly. Maintain communal areas, pathways, shrub beds and lawns to an agreed standard. Remove litter, bulky waste, offensive graffiti and other hazards within required timescales. Carry out minor communal repairs in line with health and safety requirements. Report repairs, damage, abandoned vehicles, illegal parking and tenancy concerns.
