Job Description Role: Site Manager Direct Reports: Sub-Contract labour resource and ASL site teams Reports To: Head of Contracts Job Function: Primarily office based with regular site attendance. Responsible for overseeing site installation activities, ensuring the effective day to day running of projects, and securing the successful completion of contracts in line with current legislation and best practice guidelines. The role includes full supervision of the site workforce and labour operations. Job Duties: Site Surveys - Accurately measure and survey existing structures, supplying clear, formatted measurement data to the ASL Design/Detailing department. Pre-Start Visits - Attend site prior to commencement to check access, working areas, datum levels, and setting-out profile lines.
