We re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manager to lead the Talent function across the Bleep 360 Group. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with excellent recruitment delivery. You ll lead a team of recruiters across our regional offices, shape our recruitment strategy, build high-quality talent pipelines and work closely with senior leaders to ensure we attract and appoint the right people to support the Group s continued growth.
