Senior Quantity Surveyor (Contract) - Civil Infrastructure Location: Aberdeen (Hybrid - 3 days office/site, 2 days WFH) Rate: 500 - 550 per day (Umbrella / Inside IR35) Duration: Initial contract through December 2026 (ASAP Start) Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, 42 hours per week About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage major commercial packages on a significant civil infrastructure development in the Aberdeenshire region. Joining during the crucial pre-construction phase ahead of main build start, you will take commercial ownership of high-value civil work packages. This contract bridges a key resource gap and offers long-term stability running through to at least the end of 2026.
