Key responsibilities include: Manage ECI, advanced and main works packages, including surveys, design, enabling and construction activities. Provide end-to-end project management against cost, programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives, with package values up to 35m. Lead coordination between client, contractor, designer and key stakeholders across complex rail and civils interfaces. Manage delivery within an NEC4 Target Cost Contract environment, including cost control, change, risk and forecasting. Support PACE, governance, procurement and assurance requirements. Manage access, possessions, logistics and construction sequencing within an operational railway environment. Support scope development, optioneering, value engineering and delivery strategies.
