Recruitment Support Consultant Location: Reading Hours : 20 to 30 Hours per week (Monday to Friday) Salary: 14- 18 per Hour dependent on experience Contract: Temporary (Potential for the role to become a permanent role) Blue Arrow is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Recruitment Support Consultant to join our Reading branch on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, making outbound calls, building relationships, and uncovering opportunities. Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential. We're keen to hear from candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the confidence to engage with clients over the phone.
