Primary Teacher - Guaranteed Pay Scheme Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Flexible, day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles. Salary: £125-£145 per day, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications) About the role Heart of Supply is looking for Primary Teachers in Gainsborough and across Lincolnshire to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme for the 2026/27 academic year. If you enjoy the flexibility of supply teaching but would like greater consistency and financial reassurance, our Guaranteed Pay Scheme could offer the best of both. You'll have the opportunity to work with local primary schools across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, covering day-to-day and short-term teaching requirements while remaining flexible across your agreed working days.
