Overview We are recruiting for individuals to join our Insight Operations team to support the delivery of our Insight reports, based in our Birmingham office 2 days per week. Main Duties and Responsibilities Working alongside our research writers and editors, the Insight Operations team are responsible for engaging with AI-processed raw commentary gathered from interviews and surveys and producing clean, anonymized, intelligible text that our Insight team can populate directly into reports. This role will play a crucial part in keeping report production on schedule and maintaining the high quality that our customers expect. Key Responsibilities: Take AI-processed interview and survey commentary and finish tidying it so that it is grammatically correct, error-free and easy to understand.
