The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanning Manager to join a successful and growing independent, employee-owned wealth management and financial planning business. This is a key role combining team leadership, technical paraplanning and operational responsibility. You'll manage and develop a small team of Paraplanners while remaining hands-on with complex technical cases and report writing. You'll work closely with Financial Planners, compliance, operations and the wider management team, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the development of the paraplanning function.
