This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale the Individual Giving programme from an early stage, shaping propositions, channels and supporter journeys to drive sustainable growth. As Individual Giving Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of the Individual Giving acquisition and supporter development programme. You will own acquisition targets and budgets, develop and optimise multi-channel campaigns, and build long-term supporter value through regular giving, retention, mid-value and legacy giving. You will use audience insight, segmentation and performance data to identify and engage priority audiences, develop compelling fundraising propositions and deliver targeted, personalised campaigns.
