Payroll Manager Salary: £45,000 Location: Bootle, Liverpool - Fully Onsite Structure: Standalone / Sole Payroll Role Payroll: c.300 employees across multiple sites The Role A newly created opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to take full ownership of a complex UK payroll while improving and automating the payroll function. You ll be the business s dedicated payroll expert, reporting directly to the Finance Director and working closely with HR across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end monthly payroll for c.300 employees. Process varied pay including commission, bonuses, overtime, shift premiums, pensions, benefits and statutory payments. Manage RTI submissions, PAYE/NIC, P11Ds, P60s and auto-enrolment. Complete payroll reconciliations, journals and management reporting.
