They specialise in the manufacturing of quality cushion products for the furniture industry. Feather Filling Operatives are expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive environment necessary in the production of pillows and cushions with accuracy and speed to achieve company expectations necessary to meet and exceed customer demands. This role involves wearing a respirator mask, since it can become quite dusty, and operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
