Talent Finance are working with an established and evolving business in the Poole area to recruit an experienced Management Accountant into a key role within its finance team. This is a hands on role with a strong focus on transformation, MI and continuous improvement. The business is evolving, so we're looking for someone with solid experience who is comfortable stepping into a challenging environment, getting stuck in and helping drive things forward. You'll need strong management accounting fundamentals, but equally important is the ability to look beyond the numbers, improve reporting and processes and provide better visibility around performance, cash, working capital, cost and margin.
