We're looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to join a highly regarded, people focused organisation, in the heart of Bristol, at an exciting point in its development. This is a hybrid role. This is a genuinely broad and influential role, partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to help shape people plans, navigate change and build high performing, inclusive teams. You'll operate as a trusted adviser rather than simply responding to HR issues.
