Robert Half Technology are assisting a market leading investment firm to recruit a Junior IT Support Engineer on a contract basis. 5 days per week on site - Monday to Friday. ASAP start. London based. Role Provide high-quality, onsite IT support to staff, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of workstations, meeting spaces, and IT equipment. Respond to and resolve issues with docking stations, monitors, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals, including connectivity faults, driver issues, and equipment replacements. Carry out desk moves, including disconnecting, relocating, reconnecting, and testing IT equipment to ensure full functionality. Perform routine checks of meeting room and conference room AV equipment, including screens, cameras, microphones, and conferencing systems.
