Pastoral Leader - Alternative Provision Tradewind St Albans, Hertfordshire 95- 120 per day ASAP Start Tradewind is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, HLTA or Behaviour Mentor to join an alternative provision in St Albans, Hertfordshire. We are looking for a resilient, compassionate, and proactive Pastoral Leader with strong behaviour management skills and experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs. The successful candidate will work with KS3 and KS4 pupils aged 11-16 in a supportive alternative provision setting. Most pupils are working at a lower ability level, so this role may also suit an experienced primary Teaching Assistant or HLTA who has experience supporting pupils with additional needs, SEMH or challenging behaviour.
