Rework Technician 32,000 pa Windsor Proactive are urgently recruiting for a Rework Technician to join manufacturing client in Windsor (SL4 Area). Role Details : Hours- 37 hours/week Monday to Thursday : 07:30 to 16:00 Friday : 07:30 to 12;30 Pay Rate: 32,000 pa Location : Windsor, SL4 Main responsibilities Carry out SMT and through-hole rework, repair and modification activities on electronic assemblies. Remove and replace surface mount components, including fine-pitch devices and BGAs where trained and authorised. Complete engineering changes, customer modifications and product upgrades in accordance with approved documentation. Read and interpret drawings, assembly instructions, schematics and bills of materials. Use soldering, rework, inspection and X-ray equipment to complete work to required standards.
