JOB DESCRIPTION Butcher position Company Gi group Position Butcher Working Days Tuesday to Saturday Start Time 6:00 AM until finish Shift Length Up to 10 hours per day Role Purpose To carry out skilled turkey preparation and portioning duties safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards within a fast-paced food production environment. Main Duties and Responsibilities Trim turkey breasts to the required product specification. Work on the cone line, handling and preparing turkey products as required. Portion turkeys and turkey products accurately to specification. Use knives and relevant equipment safely and correctly. Maintain high standards of product quality, hygiene and food safety. Follow all site Health & Safety procedures and working instructions. Work efficiently as part of the production team to support operational requirements.
