We have an exciting opportunity for an International Tax Consultant to join our Finance team, based in A&O Shearman's Belfast Office. International Tax & Accounting team - Belfast The International Tax Team, which is part of the Partners' Affairs and Tax ("PAT") Team, is responsible for oversight of the firm's tax risk and policies and global tax compliance. What you will do As an International Tax and Accounting Consultant, you will be responsible for the management of the international tax compliance affairs of both A&O Shearman and its individual partners for around one third of the territories in which A&O Shearman operates on both an accurate and timely basis, including accounting for tax reserves and tax payments.
