We are looking for a passionate Technical Customer Service Administrator to join our client's well-established company based on the outskirts of St Albans. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Provide end-to-end post-installation support across a full product portfolio, coordinating technical guidance, engineering activity, spare parts and consumables to deliver consistent experience for B2C consumers and B2B customers.
