Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Worcestershire, up to £50,000 (DOE) - A new role for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: TL5257. • Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE. • You will handle a variety of conveyancing matters, advising a diverse client base on complex and challenging situations. • You will have excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations, along with the ability to manage cases in an efficient and cost-effective manner. • You must have demonstrable experience managing and overseeing your own caseload.
