The Community Mission Coordinator will coordinate the existing busy programme with a strong team of volunteers and develop new initiatives. Working specifically in Staple Hill, a diverse community, the current programme includes: drop-ins, food store, Employment Plus, Bible study groups, mid-week worship, coffee morning, toddler group, lunch club and an extensive range of seasonal activities. The candidate will also have scope to develop new initiatives, identifying needs and utilising available resources. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated person with strong organisational skills; able to lead activities, coordinate volunteers and employees, manage administration tasks and network with other local groups and agencies.
