The MSO will be working as part of a busy, service-focused team, the MSO supports field-based colleagues ensuring that risk, safeguarding and service issues are identified and escalated without delay. The post holder will combine sound judgement, confident communication and attention to detail to help deliver a safe, compliant and reliable service for service users, colleagues, commissioners and agencies. Key accountability's Working as part of a crew to support Field Monitoring Officers while they install and decommission monitoring equipment. Your primary role is to be an extra pair of eyes for the Field monitoring officer while they attend to the task they have assigned to them.
