This opportunity would suit an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working closely with operational leaders, providing pragmatic HR advice and making a genuine impact across a geographically dispersed workforce. The role is home-based, with regular travel required across the region, covering locations broadly between Nottingham and Newcastle. As such, the role would be particularly well suited to someone based around the Midlands, Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire or North Nottinghamshire, giving easy access to the wider patch.
