Are you an experienced Rolling Stock Engineer with a passion for fleet performance, reliability and technical problem solving? We're recruiting for a Technical Engineer to support the safe, reliable and efficient operation of a significant UK passenger fleet. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of fleet performance activities, investigate complex technical issues and drive engineering improvements that positively impact reliability, availability and operational performance. Working within a collaborative engineering environment, you'll analyse fleet data, identify root causes of recurring defects and develop practical engineering solutions that improve fleet performance while supporting long-term maintenance strategies.
