Learning Support Assistant Communication and Interaction Primary Quorn (LE12) 100- 120 per day Long-Term to Permanent ASAP Start The Opportunity: Long Term Futures are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist provision in Quorn (LE12), supporting primary-aged pupils with specific Communication and Interaction (C&I) needs. Many pupils are non-verbal and require additional support with communication, sensory regulation, and social interaction. Working within one of two specialist classes, you will help pupils access learning through a highly personalised and nurturing approach, using visual communication strategies including pictures, symbols, and other alternative methods alongside spoken language.
