Graduate Manufacturing Technician Location: Lincoln Salary: 28K per annum About the Role We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Manufacturing team, supporting the assembly, testing and repair of high-reliability electronic products. Key Responsibilities Assemble and test electronic and RF products following engineering drawings, work instructions and test procedures. Carry out mechanical assembly, PCB soldering and other manufacturing processes to required quality standards. Complete production documentation and test records accurately. Support fault finding and repair activities on production units and returned products. Adhere to Health & Safety, ESD and quality requirements at all times. Work collaboratively with Engineering and Production teams to meet delivery targets. Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including 5S and process improvement initiatives.
