Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor North East / Manchester A global construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a major utilities and infrastructure project spanning from the North East through to Manchester. The role will focus on the commercial management of major pipeline and utilities infrastructure packages, so we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with strong experience across utilities, infrastructure and NEC contracts, who is comfortable managing complex commercial elements on large-scale projects. Experience across pipeline, water, gas, power or wider utilities infrastructure would be highly advantageous. The project covers a large geographical area, so candidates can be based in the North East, North West or surrounding areas, with travel to project sites required as necessary.
