Cert Solutions are working on behalf of a welcoming primary school in West Bromwich. This school are seeking an experienced and qualified Teaching Assistant to work as a 1-1 with a pupil who has additional needs. For this role you must be confident in delivering and tailoring sessions to work with a pupil who struggles to stay regulated and who has an autism diagnosis. You will need to be able to work alongside the class teacher and the SENDco to ensure that the pupils needs are being met and that they are academically progressing towards their targets. The pupil is in year 3 but working at a lower academic age.
